Double Room

You will be a lodger in a family home. Please send a description of you (e. g. age, gender, occupation, interests, lifestyle choices etc etc). Price can be slightly negotiated for the right person.

Details:
● Room comes with basic furnishings.
● Bathroom is shared with one other person.
● Garden and parking space.
● Allotted cupboard and fridge space.
● Bills are included. But, you will be asked to contribute a small fee towards communally used items (i. e. washing up liquid, toilet paper, kitchen roll etc)

Location:
● 10 min walk to a large Lidl
● 16 min walk to Victoria Centre
● 30 min bus to UoN Jubilee Campus

We are looking for:
● Clean and mindful individuals. Please note this is a family home. You will be expected to clean up after yourself!
● Women are preferred
● Long term lodgers more desirable
● Non-smokers
● No pets, sorry !
