We’re looking for a lodger to join our quiet Victorian home — a calm, comfortable space ideal for a professional or mature student seeking privacy and convenience.

The ensuite double room comes fully furnished with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and a lockable door for added privacy. Rent is £625/month (all bills included) with a £625 deposit. Optional fortnightly cleaning is available for hassle-free living.

You’ll share a clean kitchen, cosy lounge, and small courtyard with a friendly couple and two affectionate indoor cats (cat lovers welcome!). A lodger agreement will be provided for peace of mind and clarity.

We maintain a calm, respectful household — no parties, please.

• 20–25 min walk to the city centre
• Direct bus routes nearby
• Close to Nottingham train station
• Around 30 min by bus to Nottingham University

We’re looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible housemate who values a calm and comfortable home environment.

• Ideally in full-time employment or a full-time student with stable income or guarantor
• No overnight guests permitted
• Strictly no smoking inside the property
• No other pets allowed
