We’re looking for a specific lodger - someone respectful, tidy, and considerate, who enjoys a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, lamp, and air purifier
Private ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink
Fresh bedding and new pillows provided
Optional fortnightly cleaning available — or full privacy if you prefer, as long as the room is kept clean and tidy

Fully equipped kitchen with main appliances
Cosy lounge with TV
Small courtyard for some fresh air
No outdoor shoes inside (slippers provided)
