Hello, we have a spare room in our 3 bed home in Sneinton with a young professional and student (23+). The room is £500 including all bills (water, gas & electric, council tax and wifi). Permit on street parking available but equally, the place is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and Lace Market.
We have a backyard with decking and outdoor seating. We have a dishwasher and two bathrooms both with showers.
The house are young professional/students so live busy lives in the week but enjoy socialising now and then and a friendly atmosphere in the house.
