Hello, we have a spare room in our 3 bed home in Sneinton with a young professional and student (23+). Room 1 is £500 including all bills (water, gas & electric, council tax and wifi). Room 2 is £580. Permit on street parking available but equally, the place is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and Lace Market.

We have a backyard with decking and outdoor seating. We have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and two bathrooms both with showers.

The house are young professional/students so live busy lives in the week but enjoy socialising now and then and a friendly atmosphere in the house.

A bit more about the housemates :

Ollie, 24, was doing a full-time MSc Biodiversity Conservation has previously been a landscaper and a bar manager. Speaks fluent English/French and loves to learn about other languages/cultures aswell as playing records. (Looking to replace his tenancy in Room 2, as no longer doing his course and wants ti be closer to his partner in Bristol)

Laura, 23, doing a law degree whilst also working in hospitality and retail.
