One Double room will be available from the 17th of February that comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair and table.

There are currently two housemates, all young professional females between the ages of 24-30. The current tenants would prefer female housemates, who are clean, tidy and conscientious.

Communal areas come fully furnished, dining table with 4 chairs, sofas, coffee table. BT Infinity connection is also provided.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (Council Tax, Broadband, Water, Electric/Gas) and a weekly cleaner. Rent is negotiable depending on term length.

I'm willing to offer the first months rent discounted to the right tenant.
