The house has a brand new bathroom with a lovely walk in shower completed in Feb 2017). There are also brand new carpets in all the communal areas. There is a large clean kitchen with appliances including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge includes a dinning table and chairs, a 32" flatscreen TV and leather sofas.

Two of the current housemates are mature students and one is a young professional. They would like a respectful like minded individual who would treat the house as a home rather than a hotel!

A cleaner is included for the communal areas and comes once a week.
