Lovely house and people - close to city centre

I have a large warm double attic room for rent in the Sneinton area of Nottingham. Sneinton is a vibrant multi cultural area. The train station is about a 15 minute walk away as is the city centre and the house is on the red and purple bus routes into the city centre which take about 5 minutes.
The room itself is fully furnished and well lit attic room. The house is a lovely Victorian terrace with, dining room, lounge and kitchen to the ground floor, two mid floor bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor and then the attic room takes up the entire top floor. Wifi broadband (50mb per second) throughout the house and cable TV in the living room Convenient parking on the street outside. There is plenty of cellar and eve storage space if needed.
