I have a room available in my house, within 5 mins walking distance from town, 10 mins from the station and 2 min from a working windmill. The spare room has a walk in wardrobe, wooden floors and is south facing so gets light during the day. There is also private off road parking.

£330 per month
To be paid in advance on the 1st day of each month.

Rent for accommodation is to include gas, electric, water, council tax, telephone line rental (calls excluded), Internet use (no-hardware).

Exclusive use and responsibility of the First floor, Part-Furnished, Master Bedroom.

Communal use and responsibility of the Bathroom, Stairway, Kitchen, Dinning Room, Sitting Room and Rear Garden.
