Big House in the Country

i have a nice property in a quiet village location with easy acess to lincoln, newark and retford. the house has 4 bedrooms, one as a study as i work at home when i am not travelling throughout the uk with work. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, large farmhouse style kitchen, large living room with open fire. Good sized garden and rooms. Also full gym equipment with weights, electric treadmill, punch bag free to use in spacious garage. Broadband throughout the house and sky tv. I work away a fair bit so wont be in the way to much. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, easy going and can have a laugh. Would suit someone that works through the week in the area.
