3 rooms available in a 4 bedroom student house in southwell. All single bedrooms furnished with:

The landlady is really nice and is happy to move some furniture if you decide you’d rather bring your own. The rooms are of a good size and the location is in the centre of southwell, close to the brackenhurst campus and on a quiet street. There is enough parking available for 3-4 cars with the house being reviewed and cleaned annually ready for new students. There is a good amount of kitchen space and storage including a pantry. There are 2 bathrooms but only one has a shower. I will be taking one room and the property will have one indoor pet cat (mine) from August/September.
