We are a group of three friends with a dog looking for a fourth (professional preferred) person to join our lovely spacious home. The house has a front and back garden and there is on street parking. Only 5 minute walk into the local town. The rent is 390 p/m with 500 deposit. Bills are not included. Bills are split 4 ways council tax is split 2 ways.
