Fantastic house on the edge of Southwell, parking and easy walk to town.

Fabulous kitchen with 6 ring range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer.

Equally fabulous bathroom used by this housemate and any visitors. Bath and over-bath shower, heated towel rail, tiled floor.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for emergencies (rotary clothes airer in garden or large drying rack in utility preferred).

Huge front and back garden, amazing views and sunsets over Southwell from the "top deck", aka the Pink Flamingo bar, hehe.

Smoking - only outside on the patio.

10 mins lovely walk to town, the pleasure of being in gorgeous countryside. Sheep, cows, geese, ducks and peacocks all around, to ruin your peace and quiet (haha)

Quiet house, but we party sometimes!
Your guests always welcome if they're well behaved.

Professional person preferred - apart from that no preferences.

Parking available, furniture can be added, removed, re-arranged to suit you, especially if you have a few pieces of your own. Both rooms include a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/chair and bedside tables.

Wi-fi throughout the house, TVs in all bedrooms, mobile networks good here.
