We have a large bedroom to let in Southwell in a lodger-friendly Georgian red brick home.

The room is 4m x 5.5m in size and furnished with a single bed, plus a desk with chair, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard with hanging space.

We live close to the Leisure Centre and it’s a 12 minute walk to Brackenhurst college. There’s a bus stop nearby.

The room is on the top floor of our house and you’ll share a kitchen, large sitting room and 2 shower rooms with 2 other friendly female lodgers.

The kitchen has a built in oven, microwave, dishwasher plus there’s ample fridge freezer space.

We have 3 dogs that keep to the ground floor and 2 cats that occasionally visit the top floor where you’ll be living.

We’re a friendly quiet household and are looking for someone who is easy going and fits in.
