I have a small double room in Stapleford (near to Bramcote Park) available in a shared house. Bills and council tax are not included as these are split equally; these are currently approx. £130 p/m each.

The room is fully furnished with a small double bed which has 2 large drawers underneath, a large chest of drawers or standard wardrobe if preferred, and a wall mounted desk.

The house has a shared modern bathroom, kitchen, lounge/Diner, and private garden; there is also ample off road parking on the driveway and a garage for further storage.

There is myself and another professional female living at the address and we are looking for another housemate who likes to socialise and that we share interests with :)
