Double room for rent in Stapleford

I am looking for a lodger to live in my spare double bedroom in my newly renovated flat in Stapleford. The bedroom will have a double bed and an office chair - I haven't gotten them yet in case I found a lodger who has their own furniture. There is a big built in wardrobe along the entire back wall.

I work at the University of Nottingham and can confirm good transport links to University Park campus and QMC particularly for the early birds (20 min on the bus at 6:25, 7:15 and 8:15). There is also i4, which goes every 10 minutes, but it's a 12 min walk to the bus stop.

The cost is £480 including bills (electricity, heating, TV, broadband, water, council tax).
