Cosy attic in lovely house

I am looking for a lodger for an attic room in Stapleford. A unique room in a lovely house. The room is furnished, with single/can be double bed, and though the room does not have a door on the attic staircase, you will also have use of the study space below the bedroom. I know this is a bit of an unusual set up, which is why the price is a bargain! Would suit someone quiet who wants a calm space. There is shared use of the living areas, kitchen, dining room and garden.

The house is three minutes walk from the Stapleford i4 bus stops with routes to QMC/Notts, so an easy commute. Close to Stapleford town centre, so really helpful for shops.

I am a professional working at the University and enjoy good food, theatre, singing and attempting to plant things in the garden. There are two other lodgers, but they are cats so don't take up much room, though they might occasionally try to sleep on you. I am a fairly busy person who has a very independent schedule, but an occasional shared meal or film with a housemate would be great. :) I sometimes work from home during the day, so would best suit someone who doesn't mind that or generally works away from home. I would prefer a professional or postgrad student who is not a big partier!!
