Nice location in quiet cul-de-sac semi detatched house offering a single furnished room to rent. Shared facilities. Live in landlady. Nice garden and garage. Friendly outgoing landlady seeking honest reliable preferably professional older female but would consider female student. No males. Its not a student let as its my home. Have had a female foriegn college student stay for a while. Friendly easy going household. Do have a German spits who is very friendly. Would prefer to discuss details on a one to one basis. Please will only let after meeting the individual. No virtual tours. Will only deal on a one to one basis with full description of person and requirements/details before meeting up.
