Own transport preferable, short walk to bus stop to Nottingham and Ilkeston.
Local pub serves food all day. Garage to house bike or any other small items.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge. All appliances available to use. As yet no tv socket in bedroom. Landline phone not available but wi fi free. I have one pet cat and prefer a quiet life wihin reason
