Quiet location

Situated in Trowell ,near A52 and M1. The room overlooks garden and fields in quiet cul~de~sac. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. All appliances available to use. Room comprises of double bed, desk, built in wardrobe. Local pub serves food all day easy walking distance. Buses into Nottingham approx every 15 mins. I have a garage for some storage and would like a contribution to council tax if possible all other bills are included. I own a pet cat. It is very quiet here so would suit a student or busy professional needing to unwind, or night worker
