Two bedrooms for rent in a 3 bedroom house

Two double rooms with double beds offered for rent in a three bedroom semi detached house, with conservatory and garden at rear. Landlady visiting . I prefer to stay in summer at my daughter and in winter in my house.
The rooms are furnished with double beds wardrobes, drawers. desk. Pets are welcomed.
Rent is inclusive of all bills. Appliances available for use include washing machine, cooker fridge-freezer; shared living room, kitchen, conservatory, garden, bathroom, with shower.

Home is smoke free. Smokers are welcome but must smoke outside or in the conservatory.
Very close to a stop for a good bus route - 25 min to city center, 10 min to QMC, 1 mile to the tram station. Shops 10 min walking distance. 1 mile from Jc. 25 M1. 15 min to East midlands airport. Off street parking. I am easy going and very sociable, rarely at home, The house is suited for professional people; very quiet and clean.
