Large Bed Room

HI I am looking to let my 2nd bedroom to help with the cost of living. I would like someone who is also working. my home is very clean and tidy I like to keep it that way so looking for someone who is also a very tidy person. I have 1 little doggie who I enjoy spending time with if I am not working. so someone who likes dogs is a must. I am a gay man so this someone who is fine with my sexuality is essential.
