Room with Ensuite

I have a large, furnished, double room, with ensuite to rent in my house in Sutton in Ashfield. The room is on the whole of the second floor. The house is a modern three storey, with a garden and off-street parking in a quiet location. It is in a small housing estate near the cricket ground. It is close to junction 28 on the M1 and the A38. The house is approximately 15 minutes walk from Sutton town centre and on a regular bus route. Mansfield is approx 5 miles away and Nottingham 18 miles. Sutton is a quiet town so if you're looking to have a wild time... it probably isn't for you.

I am a single professional in my 40s. I am looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy. Over the years I have previously had five housemates, many of whom I am still in contact with, so I am used to living with other people.

The room is £300 PCM inclusive of all bills, expect telephone. I am looking for Monday to Friday rental only.
A bond and references are required.
