Child and pet friendly person wanted, professional preferred - Female essential!

You would have 2 rooms at your disposal. One for use as a bedroom, furnished with a comfy kingsize bed, 2 chests of drawers, and large cupboard.
2nd room has a hanging wardrobe and a further chest of drawers for additional storage as required also excercise bike and vibration plate machine.

The house is a modern build (1999) large detached, on a quiet cul-de-sac on the Ashfields estate, there is room for parking on the driveway and a pushbike could be stored in the garage.

Cupboards, fridge and freezer space available in the shared kitchen. Plus use of Washer/Dryer if needed.

Bathroom is shared for a couple of nights per week only, the rest of the time it just be for you.

There is Wifi throughout the house.

I have been letting this room for 4 years on a Mon-Fri basis and last lodger has stayed 2.5 years, I can provide contact details for previous lodgers as references if required.
