I live with my 9 year old son and a female tenant, so the room would ideally suit someone who does not mind being around children and women. Off road parking is available.

The house has a main communal living room with a flat screen tv, Sky, home cinema surround sound and broadband. The kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer and all other basic facilities. Also situated downstairs is the dining room and down stairs toilet. Outside there is a nice garden and patio area.

The ideal house mate would ideally be a professional individual, who is clean and house trained and respects everything within the property.
