Supermarkets, railway station(30 minutes Nottingham), Kings Mill hospital, ringroad, 5 min drive.
M1 10 min drive J28.
I have 3 dogs who are friendly.
My past lodger was been here over a year. She worked for a local charity.
(My previous lodger to her, was here for nearly 3 years.)
My living room is for private use only, but the bedroom is so big there is plenty of room for easy chairs etc.
I am happy to consider midweek lodgers too.
Please note my house is for sale so a long term let is unlikely.
