The house is a town house built in 2009 situated in a quiet cul de sac close to Mansfield, Sutton and Nottingham, the A38 and a 5 minute drive from Junction 28. All amenities are within a stone throw along with Kings Mill hospital

Across from the living room is a double bedroom with en suite and patio doors this room is currently occupied.
To the second floor there is another double room, as advertised, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. There is also a single room with a bed, study area and a wardrobe. The master bathroom is on the second floor with a large bath, shower basin and toilet.

About me, I am an ambitious, female professional; the house is kept clean and has a happy atmosphere. On a day to day basis I go to work, rugby train then go home cook clean and chill. I do enjoy going out at weekends to walk the very friendly trained dog, then I socialise with friends at night.
