2 room's to rent in a lovely family home

I have 2 room's to rent in my lovely family home. One single room and one double, both are fully equipped and bill's are included. I'm a professional working mother with one child living at home.. We lead a very active life and spend alot of time away from home.
I would like professional / student women preferably and okay around children... anyone living in my house I would like them to see and use it as there own home and not just see it as a room to sleep in, we are a very socialable and friendly family.
