Double Room in Modern Eco House

The room is a small double with a wardrobe. The house is on a quiet cul de sac next to the river and a big park. I tend to cycle everywhere but it's also well situated for walking and public transport. There's a shared bathroom, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, bike storage, comfortable living/dining area and garden, and there's also an office which you can use when we're not working. Bills are included other than council tax (it's band C).

Right now I live on my own but my girlfriend will be moving in at some point in the next couple of months. I'm a student and she works full time. From October I will be studying elsewhere for most of the week but will be around most weekends I expect.

I'm English and my girlfriend is Pakistani. She would prefer to live with a woman but we're happy to hear from anyone if you think you'd enjoy living with us. We're not party animals but we like going out to pubs, gigs, plays, restaurants and generally making the most of what Nottingham has to offer.

If you're interested then we'd need to meet in person, or have a video call if that's not possible, for a vibe check to see if we'd be happy living together.
