Room to rent in 3 bedroom house in the Meadows

Hi, I'm James and I bought this house 2 months ago. I'm now looking to rent out the second bedroom before the mortgage kills me, and so I don't go insane living on my own here for too long.

At the time of posting this, I'm still in the process of furnishing the room in question (and the house itself). You can see it in the picture #8. It will have a divan bed, mattress, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a desk - once complete.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, I live in the slightly bigger one, then I'm looking to rent the medium-sized room hence this ad. The small room is very small so will need to be smart on space before that is rentable. Until then, it is a communal spare room.

I'm pretty clean, chill and social. Looking for someone similar to me and ideally someone more on the social side. I like to go running round the trent so it would be good to have a runner to go with. I also go to lots of gigs and stuff in town, I DJ a lil bit and like to go on big hikes and going camping.

Ngl the date I've put on there is just a rough idea, happy to be flexible either way if I need to!
