Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a cozy 4-bedroom house. It’s an all-female household, and I’m leaving for personal reasons. There are two lovely, friendly housemates who are super welcoming, down-to-earth, and make it a really comfortable space to live in.

The house is in a great location – the tram stop is just 3 minutes away, and the bus stop to town is 2 minutes away. It’s about 8 minutes by tram, 10 minutes by bus (or 15 minutes on foot) to the city centre, and 15 minutes by bus (or a 25-minute walk) to West Bridgford. The River Trent is just around the corner, perfect for peaceful walks or jogs, and there’s a lovely big garden for when the weather’s nice. Lidl is about a 20-minute walk for quick grocery runs, and The Meadows Town is just 5 minutes away. Around Lidl, you’ll find big stores like Dunelm, plus coffee shops like Starbucks, Costa, and McDonald's.

The landlord is really chill and always happy to help when needed. The house is usually quiet since the other housemates are often out working. It’s a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, and it’s just a really nice place to come home to after a busy day.
