Double Room to rent in the Medows

Dear potential Housemate. 😊

I'm advertising a double Room to rent, I'm moving out on the 13/05/25 and I need someone to replace my room.

The house is beautiful and you will be sharing with two male professionals, a HR manager (Nigerian) and a Tree Sergion (English). They are both kind and easy going people.

The house is located at the beginning of the Medows, there are close local stores, Westbrigford is a 25min walk, Nottingham train station is also 20min walk distance.

The room is partially furnished, wardrobe, set of drawers, shoe cabinet.
I'm taking my bedframe and mattress, but I believe the agency can supply both on request.

The rent is £425p/m, including internet. Water, gas and electricity are shared bills.

There's a cleaning rota, which allows everyone to keep on top of the communal areas.
