I have a furnished double room for rent in the Toton area with shared living space and large kitchen leading onto a large back garden.

The property has a driveway and on street parking if you have a car and is also close to the tram stop for easy/quick commute to Beeston and the city centre, as well as lovely surrounding areas for walks and the Attenborough nature reserve is a 5 min drive away too.

I'm a sociable guy and very easy to get on with and do have a lovely Cocker Spaniel who's very sociable and clean.

Be nice to rent it out to someone who respects the house and mindful that it’s someone’s house they are living in.
