Furnished double room for a lodger. Room is furnished with; a double bed, large drawers, 2 bedside drawers and a wardrobe. Close to public transport making it very easy to get to UoN, QMC and into the city, 10 minute walk to the tram stop, there's bus stop at the end of the road and Attenborough train station is ~15 minute walk.

There is on street parking at the moment but I am planning on creating a driveway with space for 2 cars in the future.

Shared use of the communal areas such as the bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden.

All bills and council tax included.

I have recently moved into the house and I'm looking for a respectful, clean and tidy lodger to move into the spare room. I work full time in Beeston and spend most evenings seeing family and friends, exercising or chilling out watching TV.
