Lovely room available to rent near Beeston

I have a double bedroom available to rent in the heart of Chilwell, only a few minutes drive to Beeston with bus links only minutes away. Tram park and ride approx 4 minute drive. There is a lovely green area approximately 1 minute walk away, you also have a supermarket locally, with smaller ones within walking distance. I am looking for somebody who is easy going and respectful of both myself and my home.

The room available is situated within a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom block of flats. The bedroom includes a wardrobe and a double bed and mattress, only used by one previous tenant. Although not an en suite, you will have a bathroom to yourself a majority of the time as my own bedroom has its own en suite and i do not use the main bathroom often however guests may wish to use this if they wish. The rest of the property is fully furnished including a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen.

The property has one designated parking space with plenty of visitor spaces and roadside parking available.

You will only be sharing with myself, a young female professional who has lived in this beautiful top floor flat for over 3 years. I currently work at QMC in Nottingham full time.

I am flexible on applicants however mature student or professional is preferable. Non-smoking household. Unfortunately no pets due to being a top floor flat. The room is available from mid July 2024. The contract will be one months notice for either side.
