I'm a friendly, respectful professional looking for similar to join my home. I'm very clean and tidy and like my own space but equally enjoy socialising with a drink or two of an evening. I also have two friendly cats.

Great location near the amenities of West Bridgford as well as being only 5 mins walk from a main bus route into the city centre. Very close to the A52 so easy commuting to all areas of the East Midlands. There is an Aldi a 5 minute walk away and we're very close to Sharphill woods and Ruschliffe country park which have some beautiful walks.

The house is on a quiet new build estate with plenty of on street parking and a garage. There is also a spacious garden, great for relaxing in the summer. The council tax band is D.

All bills included in the rent which includes high speed fibre broadband and Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc as well as a fortnightly cleaner.

The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage. You will have sole use of the main bathroom.
