The room is small, cosy, and overlooks greenery. Fits a double bed and large chest of drawers. There is a large accompanying bathroom just outside. Wardrobe space made available in the hallway (as per pictures). It will require purchase of a wardrobe.
Flat:
The flat is open plan, with a balcony overlooking greenery, a kitchen/living area, with a big sofa and big dining table. The space in part comes with the room, and is a comfortable place to relax. It's quiet, modern and clean (as I am tidy).
Situation:
I am looking to move out and end my tenancy which is currently on a rolling 1 month contract. My flatmate wants to stay and is looking for someone to start a new tenancy agreement with. He is likely to be here for at least 6-12 months. The flat is available from 11th November, though a different date can be negotiated. Ideally need someone happy to join the tenancy agreement and pay a deposit which is 5 week's rent. Costs are £350 a month, with roughly £120-140 bills (~£30-40 Electricity, £10-15 internet, £80 Council Tax).
Flatmate:
My flatmate is a great guy. 30M teacher also studying part time. Really easy going to chatty. Loves music and football, and plays keyboard/piano, so you'll hear some nice tunes frequently. Fairly tidy and quiet too.
