Double room - ensuite in family house

I have a double, furnished room with an en-suite in a modern, newly refurbished house in West Bridgford. Ideally, I am looking for a female, who is quiet, tidy and likes children.

I am a mother of one 3 year old girl who lives in the house 50% of the time. I work part time within the childcare industry.

I do not want any party animals or disrespectful people, especially as at times my daughter will be there.

There is a shared living room and kitchen diner.
