The room is a double with a double bed and large set of draws with space for storage under the bed and room for a wardrobe. The house is on Manvers Road in West Bridgford which is literally 2 minutes walk from The Avenue, with all its bars and restaurants.

The front room is well decorated with 2 large leather sofas, 65" TV with Virgin Media TV and fibre optic internet.

The kitchen diner is large, perfect for dinner parties and socials. The bathroom is really well done out with an awesome rain shower.

Its £500 all in...no bills to worry about.

There is NO ADMIN to pay and I only ask for £500 deposit to secure the room.

As for me, I'm a working professional male who likes to keep fit, socialise and travel.
