This is a lovely modern flat, that is located right on the Avenue in West Bridgford, seconds away from a Co-op and few really nice bars . I would ideally want someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of others.

From the 12th August 2026 there is a lovely double room available. You would have your own bathroom, that no one else uses. Although it's not a directly in room ensuite, you would be the only user.

It's also near to the embankment along the river trent, which is lovely for walks or any fitness you're into. And a couple of miles from Holme Pierrepoint water sports centre.

There are bus stops that are very close by and have regular buses going through into the city centre. There's big supermarkets nearby, ASDA or Morrisons would be the closest ones, few mins by car or a couple of miles walking distance.

There is broadband in the flat and an allocated parking space at the back.. The kitchen and sitting room is open plan, which is nice and sociable.

Boring bit (the bills) The bills are all separate from the rent price and include broadband, electricity, council tax and water.

If it helps here is a little about me. I am 38 and in professional employment. I enjoy nights in, like socialising but I also like my own space too. I enjoy reading, watching films/box sets. I like cooking. I enjoy going for walks.
