Roommate wanted

Hiya! I am looking for a roommate to take over my tenancy. The room is a double but can fit a king with room to spare. It is a shared bathroom, however, I like to clean it about 2X a week as well as all communal areas such as the kitchen and living room. If you drive then you’ll have your own parking space and garage all for yourself.
There are 2 cute cats so if you are an animal lover then you will love them.
It will be partly furnished as I will be leaving things but also taking some of my stuff with me, So if you have furniture such as a bed/tv/desks etc you will be able to move it in and if not then you mayyy need to buy some.
The apartment comes with a communal garden but I have managed to secure a part of it for ourselves to enjoy so if you like to sit in the garden, you have a space for yourself to enjoy.
