Modern Double Room with en-suite in West Bridgford

Amazing location, just 2 minutes walk from Central Avenue and excellent travel routes to the city.

Looking for a friendly housemate who is ideally a professional, that is clean and tidy. I am a Project Manager working part time from the property. Note that I travel a fair amount for work and other commitments.

The room includes a double bed (with storage space underneath), large gents wardrobe and chest of drawers. A wall mount is already in situ, which you’re welcome to install your own tv on. You will have the main bathroom (including large bath with shower over) for your own use, as I will use my en-suite. The living and kitchen/dining area would be shared.

There is a communal garden for all residents to use at Bridgford Place. Free on street parking is available. Possibility of hiring a parking space nearby should you require one.
