THE STUDIO FLATETTE
‘Hound Flatette’ is split into two split-level 'zones' which we have thoughtfully designed to offer you a true contemporary apartment style living experience.
The Flatette front door, accessed from the corridor leads into a sleek glossy white kitchen with herringbone wood-effect flooring, that not only looks the business, but is packed with all the modern appliances you need to cook up a feast and then relax in the comfort of your own stylish space - This is a truly knock-out kitchen, which even has a breakfast bar with stools to perch at.
Although compact, we have thoughtfully designed every inch of the studio flatette to make maximum use of the space.
Step down into the unique living and sleeping area, Split into two ’spaces’ there is a sitting area with sofa and TV unit. The sleeping area consists of a double bed with hidden storage and display shelving. The rear facing window looks out over the garden and parking area.
THE BATHROOMS
Our luxury bathrooms are shared spaces, which allows you say goodbye to those dreaded council tax bills every month, and hello to extra money in your pocket to do the things you enjoy. The brand new luxury shower rooms have been fastidiously designed to offer an experience that you just wouldn't expect to find whilst renting. These spacious rooms are a total winner with our residents; with huge walk in showers, designer tiles and heated towel rails.
THE COST
£650 per month. Fully Furnished.
This includes bills AND high speed internet. Communal electric is included but you have to pay for the room electric on a pay as you go basis via an app based top up system. The average electric cost per room is £15-30 per month depending on time of year.
Council Tax is also included. So the rental amount plus a small amount of electricity contribution is all you pay, with no hidden or unwanted extras. We think this represents great value, especially in West Bridgford. Even the on-site private parking is free!
