Double Room in Professional Flatshare – Bills Inc

Due to work relocation, I’m looking for someone friendly to take over my tenancy from 28th October. It's the largest bedroom in the house and comes fully furnished with a double bed, three drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair.

The house features a communal living room and a large kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Additionally, there is one bathroom, a shower room, and a cellar.

Most restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, making it convenient for managing daily needs. Plus, getting into the city is easy—it takes just 20 minutes by bus or 12 minutes by car.

You’ll share the space with easy-going young professionals. We enjoy social outings and cozy evenings together while always respecting each other's space and contributing to the household.

We're preferably looking for a professional who’ll fit right into our friendly and respectful home environment, however all are welcome to enquire.
