4 rooms available for students in Nottingham

My name is Matas and I am advertising on behalf of the landlord. I have 4 rooms available for students from the University of Nottingham or any other local university. The house itself belongs to a Lithuanian cultural preservation society and hence is a very well maintained, beautiful house in one of the most desirable post codes in Nottingham.

We have on offer one larger room and three smaller rooms, though these are still quite spacious. The rooms themselves are very lovely with great furnishing and natural lighting.

The property features a living room, kitchen with a dining room attached, huge garden as well as several rooms throughout the house that function as storage rooms.

We are just looking for responsible people who can respect the property as the broader community really values it. The landlord themselves lives down the street.

The local area is very nice. The is a bus stop about 2 minutes down the road that has good transport links to the city centre and beyond. There are plenty of ammenities nearby including several parks, restaurants, take-aways as well as a gym and a local library.

We welcome people regardless of their background and we have absolutely no issues with LGBT+ people. I do not belong to the community but have done some activism for it in the past so LGBT+ people will absolutely be welcome!
