Master Bedroom with En Suite in West Bridgford

My current flatmate is going back to uni and will be moving out when our current tenancy ends on August 25th

Looking for someone to take the furnished master bedroom and en suite that he is currently occupying- i’m quite happy to stay in the second bedroom and to continue using the main bathroom

The property is a top floor, 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the middle of West Bridgford. The shared living space is large, open plan and well furnished- we also have a roof terrace which runs down the side of the apartment and is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms

Rent is 700 each per month- bills are roughly another 200 each per month- we have high speed virgin broadband and TV

There is no spare parking space in the car park however there is limited on street parking and residential parking on adjacent streets

I work in the food industry and usually WFH a couple of days a week- not looking for any particular type of person but ideally some one of a similar age- give me a shout if you’d like to know more
