I am looking for one more person to join me and two other housemates in this stunning 5 bedroom house in the centre of West Bridgford. This property is available Mid October 2024.

This property isn't your normal house share it is my home and is maintained at a high standard. The property comprises of, a downstairs WC, large living room, open plan kitchen/dining/living space with fitted appliances, a bright conservatory to the rear and a large garage. Upstairs there are 5 rooms and a family bathroom (I have my own en-suite so it's only shared with 2 others) Additionally the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with off-street parking for 2 cars and plenty of on-street parking (no permit required). The garden is extremely spacious also.

The house is located just a 20 minute walk to West Bridgford town centre (just a straight walk down musters road). There are also a few small shops located just a 30 second walk away.

The property even comes with its own gardener and sometimes cleaner (my grandma), access is discussed with tenants to respect their privacy but normally people are pretty happy with it!

The house is currently occupied by myself and two other housemates (1 boy and 2 girls). We are all young professionals between 24-26 who work Monday-Friday.

There are no real fixed rules in the house just a general consideration and respect for others living there. Good household environment, everyone's really busy in general but try and go out to the pub/padel once a month or so.
There will be a full tenancy agreement drafted and reference checks will be done also (at my cost).
