Room in quiet West Bridgford flat

A stone’s throw from the River Trent, my flat is in the perfect location for easy access to the city centre or local high street.

Transport links are easy, with a bus stop that takes you straight to the city directly opposite the flat. A short walk away is the Skylink service to East Midlands airport.

My flat has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. It is cute and cosy but with ample storage. The room has a fitted wardrobe, under bed storage, side table and desk with drawers. Tenants are more than welcome to bring their own furniture to make the space their own.

There are radiators throughout the property, and those in the living room and bathroom have recently been updated. The windows have also recently been replaced to a high standard. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.

My flat is on the small side so mess can build up quickly. I would appreciate a flatmate to be clean and tidy to ensure this doesn’t happen! I am a professional athlete and go to bed and wake up early, so someone who doesn’t regularly come back home late at night would be great.
