The bedroom has a desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. There is a toilet and sink on the other side of the hallway outside the bedroom. A larger modern shared bathroom, with shower and bath, is on the middle floor for all housemates. A cozy shared living room with sofas, bean bag, and TV. Close to bus stop for easy transport to NTU City or Clifton Campuses. There is an Asda less than a mile from the house. The spacious garden included. Rent is £146 a week and bills are £121 per month. The 1st payment has been paid, 3 further payments of £1755 in October, January and April.
