5 minutes walk to West Bridgeford Avenue, and ample on street and off street parking.

Currently 5 girls (1 leaving) who work in 9-5 corporate jobs, with one currently wfh a few days a week!

1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet.

Professional cleaner every other week.

Patio garden to rear and car park.

Washer/dryer.

We share - plates, cutlery, mugs, pans ect. So you won’t need to bring anything like this unless you wanted your own kitchen things.

You’ll have a cupboard in the kitchen, shelves in the fridge/freezer and a bathroom shelf too.

A young and friendly house that regularly chat, get a coffee, hang out and go for dinner/drinks - a group of friends that met through sharing this house! To note, this is a professional house and not a party house, and overall we have a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

If you’re new to the area, or looking for a warm, friendly and sociable female house and you’re in your 20s, this is the one for you. The girls will be looking for another clean and tidy young professional to join them and continue making this house really feel like home.

I’ve been here 3 wonderful years and will truly miss living in this special house with all the wonderful girls who have lived here over the years.
