I’m looking for someone to share my current flat, as my flatmate is moving back with her parents. I’m a young professional working 9-5 and super down to earth, outgoing but also love being at home!

It’s a two bedroom flat, and the room is a double bed with all furniture included (wardrobe, desk, storage, futon). Large windows with plenty of light. It also has private access to a small patio garden.

It is located in West Bridgford, Nottingham, 1min walk from shops and transport links. No deposit, the tenancy is £550pm including bills (water, electricity, wifi, heating). A Parking space is available in front of the property.
