Hii! The flat is in a safe, gated apartment block with lovely, peaceful neighbours and a mostly family-oriented community. We’re just a 7-minute walk from West Bridgford’s Central Avenue, with the football stadium only a stone’s throw away and the train station about a 30-minute walk. There are frequent buses every 5 minutes, so getting around is super easy. The flat comes with one dedicated parking spot plus plenty of on-street parking, and the rooms are available to move into right away. I’ve lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. It really does feel like home!

The rent includes tv licence and council tax. Other bills roughly come up to 50.
